Art and History Travel Egypt Contract:
Your contract will be with Art and History Travel Egypt.
Amendments by the Client:
Any amendment made to the original booking is subject to availability. If the full payment has been received, and/or voucher has been issued, no administrative fees will be applied. Except in the flight tickets issue there will be an administrative fee.
Reservations should be made as early as possible to book the desired holiday, Space will be secured upon receive a deposit of 25 % or at 50% during the Christmas and New Year holidays and the packages included flights. This deposit forms part of your final payment. Deposits can only be made by bank or you may send via Western Union or by credit cards (Visa™ or MasterCard™) and should be received within 7 days of booking.
International and local rules of etiquette must be observed and respected.
Cancellation should be received in writing document by fax or email. In case the cancellation happened before 40 days from the departure date it will be subjected to 6% of the total amount received it will deducted by the bank as a transaction fees. If a tour participant cancel his/her reservation the following fees will be applies:
In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:
Between 40 and 30 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be deducted.
Between 29 and 15 days before your arrival date 50% of the entire tour price will be deducted.
Between 14 and 7 days before your arrival date 75% of the entire tour price will be deducted.
Between 7 and 1 day before your arrival date 100% of the entire tour price will be deducted.
Also, there is cancellation fees on all domestic flights incase you book a tour and you would like to cancel it at any time before starting your tours. The cancellation fees of the domestic flights are subject to the airlines cancellation policy which changes from case to case.
To Secure Your Payment:
To secure your payment you must initially notify the company with your request .Then the company representative will discuss & finalize with you the final arrangement & send you the details in the final confirmation. You must confirm these details and make the correct deposit/payment, as discussed in your details; to the company account by wire transfer or credit card (Visa™ or MasterCard™ Cards are accepted).
Payment by Credit Card Requirements:
If paying by credit card, according to our bank regulations, the following documents are required to enable our accountant to charge your credit card for the service agreed:
* A copy of your passport.
* A copy of both sides of your credit card with your own signature.
* An authorization letter to Art and History Travel Egypt allowing the withdrawal of the required amount from your credit card with original signature (same one should appear in your credit card and passport).
* These documents should be received by fax, e-mail.
Payment through Bank Transfer using this details:
(Account details will be sent by e-mail) and any charges for the transfer made by the bank are the liability of the customer not Art and History Travel Egypt.
A refund will normally be made to the same card account and using the same method as the original payment.
No refunds are possible for No-Show.
Unless otherwise stated, generally it is based on two persons sharing a room (twin sharing). Room for single occupant is available with an additional of supplementary rate. Hotels and lodges are named as an indication/guide of category and rooms may be reserved at similar establishments. Published prices are based on tariff and other costs prevailing at the time of printing, and are subject to change without notice.hts:
* Domestic flights:-
a- The programs quoted on the average price of flights with approximate timings:
Cairo – Luxor At 05:30 am arriving at 06:30
Aswan – Cairo at 22:00 at 23:30 & Vice versa..etc
Incase you need to adjust your flight timings it will be subject to extra supplement.
b- Luxor/Sharm (most time, it is connected flight via Cairo Airport)
* International flights
“Art and History Travel can assist you with international flights if needed. However, from our experience international flights are best issued from point of departure, where the client has access to a wider range of price options and availability.” The only way to pay for the international flights is through bank transfer to Art and History Travel - Egypt Account.
We act only as an agent for the participants in regard to travel, whether by rail road, boat, aircraft, or any other convenience and assumes no liability for injury, illness, damage, loss accident, delay or irregularity to person or property resulting directly or indirectly from any of the following causes; -Weather, acts of God, force major, acts of government or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, labor disputes, riots, theft, mechanical breakdowns, quarantines or acts of default, delays, cancellations or changes of any hotel, carrier, or restaurant. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expenses.
If the Client has any special requests, he should inform the Company at the time of booking. The Company and its suppliers will try to meet such requests but, as these do not form part of the Contract, the Company does not guarantee to do so, including for pre-bookable seats. If the Company confirms that a special request has been noted or passed to the supplier or refers to it on the confirmation invoice or elsewhere, this is not a guarantee to meet it. The Client will not be specifically notified if a special request cannot be met. The Company does not accept bookings which are conditional on the fulfillment of any special request.
1st Policy- For Packages + Nile Cruises + Hotels
0 - 01.99 Free of Charge
2 - 5.99 25% of total tour cost
6 - 11.99 50% of total tour cost
12+ Are considered adults
If your tour package includes flights, an extra supplement for your child may apply.
2nd Policy - For sightseeing tours & shore excursions
0 - 5.99 free of charge
6 - 11.99 50 % of total tour cost
12 + are considered adults
If your sightseeing tours include domestic flights, an extra supplement for your child may apply.
Tips: Is a customary attitude for expressing ones satisfaction of good services rendered to him by staff on duty with him. We advise if you are willing to offer it, this would be great – if not, you are not obliged to do it.
If you have a complaint while you are in Egypt. Please notify the company (Art and history travel – Egypt) immediately, as most problems can be solved on the spot, if you feel your problem has stilled not been resolved please call the chairman of the company.
Acceptance of the agreement:
The Contract constituted by the Company's acceptance of the Client's booking subject to these Booking Conditions shall constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company, so the payment of a deposit or final payment by bank transfer or credit card indicates that tour participants have read and accepted all terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
